Malena is a senior colorist with 25 years of experience, originally from Mexico City. Her passion has always been in the color department, where she has trained to master the art of hair color. Melena has extensive experience working at several of the premier salons in New York City, where she has developed her expertise in the color department. Additionally, she has provided professional hotline services for Clairol, further honing her skills and knowledge in the field.
Hiro Araki | Hairstylist
Hiro Araki, a senior stylist with over 22 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, has owned a salon in Tokyo and worked with some of the top salons in New York City. He has earned immense respect in the beauty world for his meticulous and beautiful cuts, and his precision is unmatched. His passion for the beauty world has exceeded expectations, and he has had the honor of working with celebrity clients such as Kamala Devi Harris, Juan Martín del Potro, Ina Garten, Isao Aoki, to name a few.
Consultations
During the consultation, you'll have the chance to assess your hair's current condition and express your vision for your ideal look. This session serves as the platform for you and your artist to comprehensively discuss every aspect of your hair journey. When you book a consultation with Abby Haliti, the consultation fee will be credited towards your appointment if you book a service within 7 days of your initial visit. Consultations are non-refundable.
Cancellations
The salon requires any and all cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled appointment. Any cancellation after this time will not be accepted and result in a charge equal to the reserved service amount.
No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Adjustment Notice
After a service is provided and paid for, the customer has a 7-day window from this time to return to the salon for any necessary hair adjustments.
Please note that refunds are not provided.
